The Good Friday liturgy is the second part of the Holy Triduum (Three Days), walking the journey with Jesus to the cross through scripture, ancient prayers, and song.

• Veneration of the Cross: A large wooden cross is brought into the worship space, allowing the congregation to come forward to touch and experience it.
• Holy Communion: The Blessed Sacrament is brought into the worship space from the Watch, offering the Body and Blood of Christ.
• Fasting: Observed as a fast day. Physical abstention from food is encouraged for those able, with modified fasts suggested for children and others with physical or medical needs.
